We strive to ensure all product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and clear. However, due to the handcrafted nature of many of our items, slight variations and imperfections may occur and are part of their unique charm. These are not considered defects.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via Pirate Ship, with delivery typically in 3–5 business days. A flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99 applies.
In-store pickup is available—customers will be refunded the shipping fee upon pick-up.

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order, with conditions. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 20 days with supporting photos.
