Return & Damage Policy – Dear Santa

We want every gift from Dear Santa to bring joy! If something isn't quite right, we’re here to help.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at historicdearsanta@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving it.
To help us resolve the issue quickly:

  • Email us a photo of the damaged item
  • Include a photo of the original shipping box
  • Please retain the box in case the item needs to be returned

We’ll gladly repair or replace any items that were damaged in shipping.

Incorrect Item Received:
If the item you received doesn’t match the description on our site, let us know within 20 days, and we’ll make it right immediately.

Changed Your Mind?
We understand! If you decide to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving it.
Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll cover the return shipping cost
  • Once we receive the item, we’ll refund the cost of the merchandise and any tax
  • Shipping and insurance fees are non-refundable as they were already incurred

At Dear Santa, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality, often handmade merchandise. Slight imperfections are part of the charm and uniqueness of these items and are not considered defects.
